Graduate from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion in 1991, Lionel Delaporte is Managing Partner at AEC Partners since he joined the company in 2012.
Lionel has over 20 years of managerial experience in strategic and organizational consultancy dedicated to the healthcare industry in three consulting companies: Bionest Partners (2006-2012), Monitor Group – part of Deloitte now (2004-2006) and ISO Healthcare Consulting (1999-2004). Before entering consultancy, he held several operational positions at IMS Health / IQVIA, including Senior Global Account Director and Director of International and Strategic Market Studies.
Lionel has managed more than 250 consulting assignments for many clients in the healthcare area, from startups to big pharma, from biologicals to neutraceuticals, as well as medical devices and e-health solutions. The perimeter of his interventions concentrates on France as well as European, International and Corporate headquarters and he interacts with key decision makers within the Healthcare industry.
Lionel brings significant consultancy expertise, developed around strategic and operational business issues, new product / integrated solution launches, go-to-market model optimization with associated change management and corporate development strategies.
