You will receive continuous training throughout your career :

Whatwe look for ?
Scientific degree + Masters degree OR Business School / Engineering degree.
A previous internship in healthcare and/or consulting is a plus
Strong analytical thinking
with the ability to interpret & summarize complex data from a variety of sources
Clarity in written & verbal expression
Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
Other important criteria: reliability, seriousness, solution oriented & team player attitude
Keen interest in the healthcare sector or Passionate about the healthcare sector
Fluent in English & French
Proficiency in MS Office
Curiosity & willingness to learn
Three to five years of experience in strategy consulting or pharmaceutical industry (strategy, BD, BI, Sales & Marketing)
Master’s degree from a leading business school (MBA, MSc) or scientific degree
with a business qualification
Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret & synthesize complex data
Outstanding communication skills : written & oral
Team player & ability to enthusiastically contribute to AEC internal development
Ability to work at Global/European & French levels
Proven project management skills & ability to deliver multiple & diverse projects simultaneously
Hands-on experience in delivering high quality work under tight deadlines
Well-developed facilitation skills - ability to manage & coordinate groups
Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to effectively manage both client & internal teams
Fluent English & French (a third language would be of high value: German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian or Chinese)
